The Alternative Energy Revolving Loan Program is a low-interest financing program established by the Montana Legislature in 2001 to increase investments in alternative energy systems and energy conservation measures in Montana. Eligible technologies include solar PV, solar thermal, geothermal, EPA-certified pellet and wood stoves, wind, and micro-hydro. Energy conservation measures may also be financed through the program if installed in conjunction with an alternative energy system. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and will undergo technical and financial review. See the program website or call us today for application information and loan terms. Availability of funds, loan terms, and fees are subject to change without notice. The program is managed by the Montana Energy Office, a bureau of the Montana Department of Environmental Quality.
The Montana Energy Office offers $0 down, low-interest financing for solar PV, energy conservation measures, and other alternative energy technologies. The program has helped hundreds of Montana businesses and individuals meet their energy goals. Contact us today to start your application.
